Sunrise Valley Farm has been in the Kimball family for three generations. My grandfather started with 2 acres and a mule. We now farm 12 acres using the same principle he did: work with the land, not against it. No synthetic fertilizers. No pesticides. Just rich Cache Valley soil, mountain snowmelt, and seeds we've been saving for decades. Every Saturday we load up the truck with whatever's freshest and make the drive to Salt Lake. We grow over 40 varieties of heirloom tomatoes alone — Cherokee Purple, Green Zebra, Brandywine, Mortgage Lifter. The cucumbers are Persian, picked small and sweet. The kale goes in the ground in March and doesn't quit until November. Come find us at the green tent on the south end of Pioneer Park.

First pull of the season came out of the ground this morning — purple, gold, and the classic orange. Sweeter than they have any right to be this early. They'll be on the Saturday table and in the pre-order shop tonight.
